It will either crash, or it will go to the "updates" screen (pictured below. Once I sign in on this popup, the below image appears and asks me to accept the terms and conditions, so I press accept.Īt this point, the application mangager (the pop-up) will do one of two things. I have an account so I go ahead and sign in. Instead, a secondary pop-up appears asking me to sign into my Adobe account (pictured below). When I click to open the program, the icon will appear in my program bar but it doesn't actually open. So, I'm able to download the program just fine and enter in my serial number etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software a couple times and the issue persists. I downloaded Adobe Acrobat DC 2017 for Macs through TechSoup and have been having issues installing and accessing the program as I will explain below. I am looking for support from someone at Adobe who is familiar with TechSoup and how it operates.
